new habits: praying the hours; being vulnerable – my heart wide open; crying appropriately; manifesting compassion in greater ways.

ruminating about new adventures and a learning path.

family and home life, finding a simple and pleasant rhythm, hitting the groove. we are not perfect, but we are love.

the spiritual journey of dreadlocks.

counting it all joy: sickness, frustration, syrup poured on the freshly mopped floor.
